Another day, another spotlight on deceptive solar sales practices. Reading through this article and the linked attorney general memo from Jan is troubling. The CEO makes the point that sales people should be held accountable for deceptive sales. Well yes, AND the company that hired them, trained them, and incentivizes them is also accountable! Your team is only as ethical as you are. They will sink to the level you hold them accountable to.
