How I had my first big talk at DevDays24 at Sharkmob ?? DevDays is an annual Sharkmob event where everyone can share their knowledge at talk or panel and learn something new from their colleague. It’s the whole day for everyone in the company so no need to worry about meetings or urgent tasks. My topic was Games as a Service: Trends, Challenges, Opportunities. Why? I have been working with GaaS for years! Game as a Service or service games or Live games allow companies to monetize a game after the initial release. According to Griffin Gaming Partners and Rendered VC 95% of studios are working (or planning) to release live games. We’re thrilled to share the positive performance of the Flutter International division, contributing to Flutter Entertainment Plc's strong set of Q2 earnings. Our amazing brands Sisal, PokerStars, adjarabet.com | aPeople, Betfair International, Junglee Games, Singular and MaxBet, helped to deliver accelerated revenue growth of 11%. We saw a 24% increase in our player base, a successful Euros and Indian Premier League, and the launch of Same Game Parlays in Italy. The addition of MaxBet in Q1 added $52m to Group revenue growth year-over-year – we’re proud to have them in the family! Highlights include: ?? Average Monthly Players were 25% higher in Italy and delivered record online market share for Sisal of 14.4%. ??
