Yikes: I am lecturing at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) ppbc this Thursday on inequitable conduct and unclean hands. Last night, my law partner, Michelle O'Brien of The Marbury Law Group, PLLC, asked me to sub in on tomorrow's bio/chem claim drafting workshop, as our distinguished colleague, Nichole Martiak Valeyko of Merck, has fallen ill (speedy and full recovery Nichole). I don't think I can fill Nichole's big shoes, but I am hoping that the thousands and thousands of chem/bio claims I have drafted over about the last 50 years, will somehow enable me to impart useful knowledge to the participants. We shall see.
