Timmons Group was proud to take part in the groundbreaking at Preserve at Gresham Lake earlier this month, which will create a 156-unit affordable housing community in Raleigh, North Carolina developed by LDG Development, LLC based in Louisville, Kentucky. The new complex will feature garden-style apartments across five buildings, including amenities such as a pool, a clubhouse, and a picnic area. The community will also provide a direct walking path to the Durant Nature Preserve, a 250-acre haven featuring trails, wildlife, and serene greenery. Timmons Group is honored to be on a team that is so invested in bringing affordable housing to our community.
