I've been benchmarking again, this time zooming out to #PostgreSQL batch ingest performance (the many permutations of INSERT vs COPY). I even made a custom #rust CLI to do it. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Nice. I think Relative Speed is wrong - 1x should be slowest and 19x is the fastest

I was expecting for binary copy to be the way but 12x is nuts. Did not expect that ??
Unexpected, but then again I don't look at these types of benchmarks often. Would be interested in other software/hardware specs, too. Thanks for sharing!

James , interestingly work . It may be good idea if you can add what disk io , memory , cpu cores you are using here .
