A little about our retrospective meeting ?? After starting a new idea or project, it's important to see what went well and what didn't. We look at mistakes and think about how to avoid them and make things better next time ?? We analyze all shortcomings and gaps and brainstorm ways to avoid them and improve future processes. This meeting was exactly that. However, it is also important to monitor results during the implementation of an initiative, as it makes it easier to identify the causes of errors and difficulties ??
