Last week, I gained a community full of women who make me feel bigger, braver, less afraid, and more hopeful. WINGS Women of Discovery are a different breed. These leaders and changemakers trailblaze the world's jungles and oceans to help us build a future for all living beings. Their examples and their immense support help me to soar. They make me feel triumphant — what a gift ?. WINGS Women of Discovery is revolutionizing how modern science and conservation are done and creating a beautiful community unlike any other I've ever been a part of. My heart is bursting ?? in unexpected, overwhelming ways. Thank you to Callie Veelenturf for my first introduction to WINGS, to Emilie Welles for bringing Three Otters Media Dr. Louise Edwards Aya Walraven ?????? and Heather Kuhlken #familiesinnature #telacoral ?? into the fold, and to Meredith Ayan Karen Zieff (she/her) Jeanine McHugh Jennifer Taylor, Katherine O'Leary , and the rest of the WINGS leadership for a life-changing few days.
