Here are some thoughts about the City of Tacoma and its commitment to excellence!

The more I learn about VEL, the more I understand its significance. It’s not a networking group, or a lead generating service or a pay-to-play opportunity. VEL is a choice. If each person is a balloon, and tied to that balloon are our fears, failures, anxieties and doubt - all the different things that keep that balloon from reaching new heights - VEL can help you choose to cut those things loose. They don’t do the cutting or even act as the scissors. You do the work, but VEL helps you understand where and how to start. As the balloon climbs, a greater perspective is found. One that shows more of the road ahead and the purpose behind the effort. “Discovering Parts Within” is the cornerstone program VEL stands on. It welcomes a very small amount of candidates each year. It’s only goal is to help particiants cut their balloons loose. It’s the same style of instruction our founder has provided to NASA and executives across multiple industries. Love to tell you more.
