From your writeup: To me, "Beyond UX" was supposed to be "UX" to begin with. That's how I always thought. That's what I signed up for. What is shallow UX? UI work? I abandoned UI for UX, so now what am I abandoning to get what I want to be? UX for Beyond UX? Ok, I'm called a BUX designer now!

This is a great topic. We all seem to have forgetten that this thing we call UX is the application of human factors and human centred design to the limited world of 2-dimensional interfaces, but there are a thousand other things that these disciplines can be useful in impacting and designing. The feared ‘end of UX’ is a great opportunity to discover again why we came into this field.
