CanKids…KidsCan is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our efforts in transforming childhood cancer care in India. About CanKids…KidsCan CanKids is a leading national NGO committed to improving access to care, quality of treatment, and holistic support for children with cancer and their families. With 20 years of impactful work across grassroots, district, state, and national levels, we aim to achieve 100% access to care, universal health coverage, and 60% survival rates for children with cancer in India. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Inspire and mentor a passionate team, foster collaboration, and build a culture of accountability and ownership. Strategic Vision: Translate vision into actionable goals, ensuring organizational growth and sustainability. Program Implementation: Oversee operations, standardize processes, and ensure quality improvements across programs. Board Collaboration: Work closely with the Board to align strategic priorities, build partnerships, and drive resource mobilization efforts.
