As students head off and back to college, a throwback to our first project for Pratt Institute, the renowned arts and design college. The 120,000 sq ft Myrtle Hall houses 12 departments and was the first institutional building in Brooklyn to achieve a LEED Gold certification. https://lnkd.in/ehfNd29X
