For the past few months I’ve had the opportunity to know more about Ricoh USA, Inc. technology solutions through John Andrews, Damon Herrick and Joan Cook, MBA. This recent addition to their portfolio has great potential to improve the #CustomerExperience as well as #EmployeeExperience since navigating stores is of great importance to both, customers and employees, hence a true #HumanExperience solution. The richness is not only how to provide a shopper with an optimize yet meaningful route (meaningful can be defined as traversing thorough my “fave” areas of a store for example), but the retailer can also learn about future store enhancements in displays, “ancillary” services or basket building merchandise adjacent to particular areas.
