My nationwide, fully-remote tech PR team at Crackle PR has my full confidence and trust. ?? I don’t monitor their every move and bathroom break. ?? I don’t babysit them or make them track time in 15-minute increments. I’m not running a daycare center. ?? I hire grown-ass adults. And I treat them like grown-ass adults. And because of that understanding we’ve *organically* built a culture of mutual respect and empathy like I’ve never seen in my entire career. Here’s what I’ve learned: 1.
