By really actively working to help empower the person in front of me find their own answers (as much as possible) I firmly believe that this can help to ; ?? Boost motivation and deepen learning:?By having more ownership of the process, people have more “buy-in” and a greater investment in terms of the outcome, which can really incentivize and encourage them to seek a deeper level of understanding.? ?? Increased confidence: People can become more confident in their knowledge and skills as they have more of an opportunity to use them. ? More time and space to observe progress:?Guiding people to take time during the session and plan in their own progress reviews can really help bring an analytical persepctive to the changes that are trying to be made. Both in and out of the classroom, I believe that empowerment is key. Having someone tell you what you need to do, might be easier, but asking yourself what you need and want and then finding your own way to find it, is much more powerful, sustainable and fulfilling. #empowerment #education #coaching ??
