We are thrilled to be the only Michigan-based company that has been awarded the Phase 2 award of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory American-Made Lab MATCH Prize this year. Through our partnership with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory and the Innovation Crossroads program, we will be assessing the commercialization potential of a vetted U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) laboratory technology that has the potential to shift and shed thermal loads in buildings by 40% or more. #Battery Day NRW 2025: Focus on future technologies Large-scale battery storage and start-ups in the spotlight The annual Battery Day NRW, a leading industry event for battery and energy storage technologies, will occur on April 1, 2025. The event will take place at the Eurogress in Aachen, where experts, companies, and scientists will come together to present and discuss the latest developments and trends in battery technology. The major international conference Advanced Battery Power will follow the Battery Day NRW. I am pleased to have presented my paper, "Energy Flexibility as an Example for a Complex Data Exchange System," at the 15th Scientific Conference: Measurement Systems in Research and in Industry. The paper focused on the concept of a Local Energy Flexibility Market and its integration within a complex data exchange system. We explored how local markets can optimize the use of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) by leveraging advanced measurement and control technologies. Central to our discussion was the role of the Data Space approach in enabling seamless and efficient data exchanges among stakeholders to manage this complexity. It was a great opportunity to contribute to the conversation on advancing energy systems and to connect with fellow experts in the field. #EnergyFlexibility #RenewableEnergy #IHP
