Alright, hi, I'm Ethan. I'm a clinical director and I'm also the sports residency coordinator for TPG. And So what I love about the sports residency and, and what I get to do everyday is I just really hope. I did the sports residency about 10 years ago and it was a really great experience for me, kind of set me up for success in my career and now I get to help other people do that, right. So it's been really fun mentoring and setting people up for really successful careers. You've had lots of different residents. You really cool things already. We have one with USA track on. We have a couple working in Major League Baseball. And a couple of even like started their own clinics. So it's cool just kind of seeing them succeed in their different paths or some that have stayed on with like me. So it's it's it's it's been fun doing that. And yeah, I'm really passionate about it.
