Butterfly.ai has really helped us with our company culture. It's a great path for employees to log semi-anonymous feedback. We can see which department it came from, which helps us take some action, but we don't know who left the feedback. We only made (I think?) three departments, so they're pretty general and remain anonymous. So I tend to address feedback in our all-company Announcements channel. This gives us a path to continuously improve. This represents a 48% response rate.

Two weeks ago, I interviewed Kailash Ganesh from CultureMonkey, and he shared some great insights on #employeeengagement. Here's what I learned: 1. Feedback that actually means something Kailash pointed out that gathering feedback is only half the job. The real magic happens when you act on it. "When people see their input creating real change, it builds trust and motivation." Simple, but powerful. 2. Demand gen with a human touch Instead of just going after leads, CultureMonkey focuses on creating content that truly helps their audience—things like handling engagement in a hybrid work world. It's about building trust, not just quick wins. 3. Balancing AI and real connections AI and automation are great tools, but Kailash reminded me that real connections still matter most. "AI can make things easier, but empathy and human touch are what people remember." It's all about finding that balance.
