?? ‘EXPECTATIONS’ IS OUR Word of the Week at the Football Fun Factory? For Parents, Family members, Teachers and Coaches, it can be difficult to judge, manage and develop our expectations of children. We are often great at second guessing ourselves… - What is too much to ask? - Are we expecting enough? - Do we offer enough insensitive to meet expectations? - Have we earned the right to expect something in return from our children in the first place?! … but not always as good at realising that setting expectations can be a positive thing! Few feelings are better when working with children than the moment a child reaches and even exceeds expectations! It shows us that we were right to set these expectations and that they are not only fair, but having a positive impact on development! Families can expect myself and my team to provide our three priorities of Saftey, Fun & Development at every session, party, camp or event and we expect the children to come full of enthusiasm and have an incredible time as a result!
