During my last visit to Enso Village, I had an opportunity to meet Chef Patrick. He is the new baker for the community and brings a strong passion for breads and pastries. He has big plans to expand the program under Kyle Evans, CDM, CFPP leadership. I am excited to see how they work together to bring a variety of baked goods to community. Do you know the difference? Yesterday we were training managers at Winterwood Farms Ltd and BerryWorld, United Kingdom and we discussed Gen Z and the different generations. We were then shown some different Blueberries. I couldn’t believe the difference between the different varieties. It’s a little like different Generations. Some are sweet, some are bitter and some are juicier! Like we need to know how generations operate, we also need to know what we are buying. Covid was such an extreme test of leadership. I think many of us have learned a tremendous amount from that time, given the majority of us had never been through anything like that in our career.
