Being a CEO means thinking differently. When you run a business, you need to act as a CEO, not an employee. You can’t do everything on your own. And you shouldn't try to either. Great CEOs don’t try to be experts in everything. They build great teams of experts. ?? They delegate ?? They trust ?? They focus on the big picture As the CEO of your business, your job is to guide the ship, not fix every leak. When you scale, seeking support is crucial. You need a team you can rely on. Experts in their fields who can take on the tasks you shouldn't be doing. This frees you up to do what you do best → leading and growing your business. Strategically. Trying to do it all yourself will only lead to burnout and missed opportunities. ? A successful business isn’t built by one person alone. ? It’s built by a team working together towards a common goal

LEE CLOWS BEARD @leeclowsbeard In the agency of no noes, everyone is polite but few are happy because the work has been sacrificed on the altar of harmony. Reply It also happens in #operating companies. Some projects are known as the CEOs #Toy Train. The project’s validity is supported by select department heads. It’s camouflage. Start at the bottom with the roles that you need someone to take over right away. Write out everything that someone will need to take over that role, the responsibilities and the processes required to do things exactly the way you want them to be done. When you complete the description and responsibilities for that role, hire someone to fill it and keep moving through all the roles you are currently filling that have anything to do with running your company day-to-day. This is how you create freedom for yourself. This is how to become the Moving CEO. ???? #movingbusiness #movingbusinessadvice #movingleads #movingcompanycoach #movingcompanymentor #millionairemover #louismassaro #movingmastery #movingsales #movingmarketing #moverslife #movingbusinessmentor

The "Accidental Manager" Part 2: Introducing Rachel. She didn't climb the corporate ladder like Liam did in my last post, but she blazed her own trail as a sales powerhouse turned entrepreneur. Rachel thrived on closing deals and exceeding targets. But when she set up her own business, she encountered a whole new set of obstacles that tested her resilience and self-belief. The pressure to manage stress, make critical decisions, and assemble the right team are all challenges she hasn't navigated before. Unlike Liam, Rachel doesn't have the luxury of a team around her to sense check every thought, decision, feeling. Every now and then, even amongst success and happy clients, the weight of responsibility bears down on her shoulders, and she wonders if she's truly cut out for this role. Here are 5 reminders that working with an Executive Coach could be beneficial for you: 1. You are Rachel, or you're about to embark on a journey like Rachel 2. You crave a safe and neutral sounding board 3. You'd benefit highly from someone to hold you accountable 4. You're eager to enhance your self-awareness including blindspots 5. You aspire to lead with confidence and inspire those around you to thrive [email protected] #executivecoaching #leadershipdevelopment #behaviourchange

"??????, ?? ???????? ????????. ?????? ???????? ???????????????? ?????? ??'???? ?????? ????." It was suggested I should talk about what to do when a doctor or nurse tells you they'll use your product... IF it's approved. ????, ????????'?? ?????? ???????? ????????.... You did one of the more difficult things in sales. You managed to get in front of a doctor. And Doc wants your product. ?? ????????, ????'?? ???????????? ???????? ???? ???????????????????? ???????? ???????? ???? ?????? ????????????. (And to those of you who think its's all wine and dine and play golf and hypnotize doctors... Yeah. It's not. At all. Or ?????? could do it. So grab a bag. And find out.) ????????'?? ???? ???????????? ???????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ??????????????????... Tell the Doctor... "??????????????? ?????? ????, ?????????? ???? ???????????????????????? ??????????? ?????? ?????????????? ????? ?????????????? ?????? ????????????????." Yes. You read that right. "Under no circumstance should you request the product for approval." Why? Because we likely aren't ready to be approved. We likely will be ignored by the VAC team and possibly the ASC Business leaders. Because we need more these days. And a "No" from Leadership makes our job even harder. Instead, we suggest we say... "???????? ???? ???????? ????????... ??'?? ?????????? ???? ?????? ???????????????? ?? ???????????????? ????????. ?????????????? ?????? ???????? ???? ???????? ???????? ?????? ???????????????? ???????????? ????????. ?????? ?? ?????????? ???????? ???????? ????????." Now our hard work begins. But we have a great start. We have an advocate! And someone who might help us move the ball down the field. Let's change how we sell. And we'll see different results. ???????? ???? ???????? ?? ???? ???????????????? ???????? ????????????????.
