Yeah, there are, there are many, I guess, but I suppose most of it comes from our inbuilt bias, right. We have all grown up listening to seeing, feeling what we think somebody with a criminal conviction is all looks like. And that myth busting is something that we do continually really. And that's about it, I guess that kind of drip, drip education program if you like and unlearning a lot of stuff that we've learned. Over the years and that is about just learning and listening to people with lived experience a lot of the time and showing people what. Showing people, people, if you like, you know that there's some, there's a whole range of convictions out there.
