Chalk up another win for physical retail stores! TikTok-viral athleisure brand Halara recently opened its first store, a 3,500-square-foot pop-up shop in New York's Soho neighbourhood. Gabby Hirata, Halara’s global brand president, confirmed the decision to open a physical store was partly to give customers tangible access to its products. But even more importantly, Hirata believes "brick-and-mortar retail lets Halara gather valuable sales data about how shoppers are engaging with the brand, including feedback on styles and fabrics... ...
