We used this exact model for our first Clear30 survey before we launched!
User Driven Content: We wrote this paper 12 years ago on developing digital interventions with user driven content for addiction continuing care and it is the one model I continue to use more than anything else when developing interventions, especially with diverse populations with different needs. Beyond UX iterative and participatory design is having users (in this case, individuals in SUD treatment) actually write the content of an intervention based on every micro-moment of the change process (eg during craving, lapse). The paper highlights that this models reveals clients create interventions that perfectly align with the stages and processes of change, but with the voice of those in it. Moreover, another theme that stuck with me was that people trying to change only care about changing, not adherence to a specific intervention. https://lnkd.in/eiEsvYAe #DigitalHealth #AddictionRecovery #UserDrivenDesign #BehavioralHealth #Telehealth #MentalHealthAwareness #textmessaging Alexis Kuerbis Rebecca Weiss Jon Morgenstern
