BURNOUT: For me, running a thriving Wellenss Center for 17 years, the biggest mistake I made that led to burnout was: Not having Boundaries regarding my office hours. I would proclaim to have appointment hours, then anytime a patient asked to come in a “little earlier or a little later”, I’d be accommodating. Eventually, those additional extra hours became very early mornings, long nights & weekends. The pain of saying “NO” ultimately cost me my health & my business. For me to start again, to start a service based coaching f practice, I had to learn to feel the discomfort of setting & UPHOLDING my Boundaries. How are you doing with having boundaries in your business? Regardless of the type of business, or service you provide, it’s the “little consessions” of your time, money, resources that become the big issue over time. Who can relate?
