Each quarter, we celebrate and recognize employees who have been doing amazing things for our business and our clients with two awards. Our Bridge Builder Award recognizes individuals who have consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in fostering collaboration, building relationships, and connecting various aspects of their projects, embodying the spirit of trust in "building bridges" within the organization. Emma Fleming, our most recent Bridge Builder Award winner, has been building bridges since her first day. They have built the trust of their clients to create real change and impact on the projects they are working on. Abby Gottlich, our latest Client Whisperer Award winner, provides remarkable support to clients, creating trust, building meaningful relationships, and showing up each day ready to take on the challenges that may come her way.
