We're traveling back to Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl performance with Account Director Shauna Garriques, who explores how it transcended a primetime spectacle into a powerful lesson in impact storytelling. "The best calls to action don’t feel like demands—they feel like movements people want to be part of. Kendrick ends his performance with a final directive: “Turn This TV Off.” These weren’t just lyrics; they were a demand to wake up. A message that urges audiences to disengage from distractions and focus on more meaningful pursuits." ???Read Shauna’s full piece here?→ https://lnkd.in/gNB5YQFK
Kendrick Lumar is another terrible influence on our culture. Lyrics are that of a degenerate - music is good, kids listen, but he is a terrible influence. I can’t believe a person with good morals can even consider promoting him, or speaking of his music in a positive light. #degenerate
Thanks for the comment, Scott—we totally get that art sparks different reactions based on personal values and experiences. However, we couldn't disagree with your comment more. We encourage you to take a deeper look at his lyrics and his accomplishments. At the same time, he's also got a pretty famous feud going, so if our support of Kendrick prompts a minor disagreement, we're all right with that.
