Leadership beyond leadership positions—COHORT 3 has officially graduated! Over an intensive five-day mentorship journey, they gained critical skills in transformative leadership, decision-making, and community engagement, all while embracing the core values of integrity, service, and resilience. We believe young people hold the power to unlock change. When equipped with the right tools, networks, and mindset, they can shift narratives, influence policies, and build sustainable solutions for their communities.
