Fascinating article in The Times about Andy Hill and The Hill Group UK discussing The Labour Party's aspirations to build 1.5 million homes in the next 5 years. I agree with him that they are unlikely to do this in their first term, but there's no mention of a tri-tenure business model or institutional capital's role in bringing forward more homes more quickly.
