Capstone Partners played a key role in advising Delta on the acquisition. UIC Chief Operating Officer Jeevan Pokharel, who spearheaded the acquisition and worked directly with Capstone's Tess Oxenstierna from the start to completion noted, “Throughout the process, Tess was extremely knowledgeable and instrumental with the negotiations, shaping the structure of the acquisition, and helping execute the transaction.
