A flipped classroom concept has #organizationaldevelopment #familymanagement and other benefits because your child learns at school and meets peers and role model teachers there. Flipped classroom empowers students by making them teachers, learners, designers, critique and collaborators. Biggest and most effective laboratory for learning and #educationscience is your home. Family course material is values, school-skill, responsibilities but most importantly, menral and emotional health. Flipped classroom encourages to learn together and see things in a laboratory setting. Parents, leaders and humans at all levels should operate on flipped classroom model were collaboration and cooperation is paramount. Your authority as parents, leaders and guarentors of progress is challenged as flipped classroom exposes the skillset and management and leadership of the top dog ( excuse the expression) too!
