Your employer branding standpoint, what are some of the mistakes that you're seeing companies making right now? I hate stock photos like I like, I hate that that doesn't make any sense #2 I don't think they're being authentic when it comes to talking about you guys and, and B, right, that belonging element. I don't think that they are using video to their full potential. We can get a customer testimonial about somebody who uses your, your sales force clone in some market. Why can't you get a testimonial from an employee and put it up on the web and drive the traffic on Instagram? Tick tock back to your website. Why can't you do that, right? If that person is excited to be there and excited to be part of the conversation at McAfee, every single person that worked for an organization is the number one recruiter, right? Like I may have the title recruiter emblazoned on my shirt, but the reality of it is, is that every video, every comment somebody makes by your organization, that is employer branding. That's employer branding at scale, that's deploying your values. And if you've got somebody who's bought into those values and principles should be deploying them all the time.
