#AlgorithmicReThinking for #Solution #Ecosystems where age is just one of many numbers. Thank you #CNBCMakeit.
There are 5 generations in today’s workplace + various hybrids like contractors, remote workers, workfromAnywherers, AI work buddies, Robots… everyone is needed in an integrated fashion.
When we look at lawfirms, consulting firms… the older partners are charged at a higher price because of their experience and contacts, but age value in most corps, well, not so much.
When we look at advertising $ spent, # of models selected over age 50, it is not correlated with actual ads used and purchase results achieved in over 50 age category. Yes, there is some diversity, equity, minor inclusion, but the world needs to first move to and then beyond a real Belonging category.
Everyone needs a holistic framework for better decision-making and integrated problem-solving in our rapidly changing genAI age of uncertainty.
I am here to service the Algorithmic ReThinking Audience. I have some important things to share to help navigate clarity and solutions to tomorrow’s problems together today.
