Just 22.3% of Australia's founders are women. We need to encourage more entrepreneurs (and intrepreneurs) - particularly for intersectional women! This is where my background in law comes into play, emphasising the importance of solid contracts and clear paperwork to safeguard your venture. Community and Network Building: A service isn’t operated in a vacuum. Build a network that supports and amplifies your service. Feedback Mechanisms: Incorporate feedback mechanisms right from the start. This allows you to iterate and adapt quickly, ensuring your service continues to meet your customers’ evolving needs. Focus on Value, Not Just Profit: In every service that you launch, focus on the value it brings to your customers. This approach not only builds customer loyalty but also drives word-of-mouth marketing which can be more powerful than traditional advertising.
