We are a cattle company with a food truck serving local pasture-raised beef with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. We are truly farm-to-table. Our focus is on locally sourced foods and we do our best to work with other regional food purveyors including Companion Baking Company for breads and buns and Kern Meats for bacon. Our "from scratch" kitchen makes sauces, desserts, and smoked brisket. Our signature item is a cooked-to-order double smash burger with tallow fries. Our menu features smash burgers, beef specials, and grilled cheese. We can make a vegetarian black bean burger with advanced notice.?

Creamy Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Alfredo Bites ?????? Serves: 6 | Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 25 mins Ingredients: 6 chicken tenders ?? 6 slices bacon ?? 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce ?? 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese ?? 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese ?? 1 tsp garlic powder ?? 1 tbsp olive oil ?? Salt and pepper to taste ?? Instructions: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken tenders with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the bacon-wrapped chicken on all sides (about 4-5 minutes). Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted. Ingredients: - x1 bunch English asparagus - Smoked bacon, pancetta, parma ham or prosciutto Vegetarian version: - Courgette slices (Use a peeler or mandolin to make thin long slices) Method: Wrap the asparagus in either the cured meats or courgette slices. Either cook in a really hot pan or on a bbq for a 2-3 mins until the asparagus is tender and the meat or courgette slices are fully cooked. Personally, I love snacking on this with a chilled glass of white wine. Ingredients: 1 ? lbs green beans 4 strips of bacon cooked and chopped 1 medium yellow onion 1 tsp soy sauce ? dried cranberries ? cup maple syrup ? tsp salt ? tap pepper Instructions: 1. Add Green beans to a pot of boiling water - and cook for 6-10 minutes 2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy 3. Cook onion in the bacon fat for 3 - 5 minutes. 4. Add soy sauce, cranberries, maple syrup, salt, pepper and add green beans on top and stir to coat. 5.
