Fascinating. There's a need to establish a method for obtaining a differential diagnosis, but I find the mentioned technique challenging to implement. Here are a few points to consider: 1. It appears to be beneficial primarily for young children (under 3 years old). 2. Accurately evaluating children at this age can be quite challenging. 3. Given the potential serious implications of VI n.c., I believe it's essential to always consider neurodiagnostic analysis, especially in cases where typical characteristics of Duane's Syndrome are absent. https://lnkd.in/eWD6vwhh
