I think it is critical to hone in and carry your coaching presence so being absolutely realistic with your goal sessions/day in which you will be able to maintain your personal energy and mental focus as a coach is critical. Some thoughts: 1- Audit your current schedule. Where do you feel the most drained and when are you the most energized? Use this data to adjust the number of sessions. 2- Using the audit data, also review your break between sessions with honesty. Are you taking breaks? What is the quality of those breaks? 3- Practice mindfulness in the 5 minutes before your session starts with your client so that you leave your personal inner chatter, feel calm, and are able to completely commit to the session.

Time-block breaks: Schedule short breaks between sessions to recharge. Stay hydrated and snack: Keep energy up with water and light, healthy snacks. Practice mindfulness: Use quick breathing exercises to reset mentally. Prioritize self-care: Ensure you’re getting enough rest and relaxation outside of work. Managing energy is about balance—small resets keep you sharp and focused throughout the day.

I believe - As a life coach, you meet different people who have different energies, to train them, the practice is not only for others, you should have an effect on yourself too before applying it to others. Because what you are from inside automatically reflects on your outside. So, before taking care of others energy, save your energy wisely and take a break, boost yourself with the practices that help us to energize our mind, because the sessions are important when you are able to balance your energy. Take small breaks to charge yourself. Please understand that you can give something to someone only when you have something to give them, so don't forget to set your boundaries and encourage yourself to charge too.??? Regards, Priya
