You have doubt. So did I. When I attended my first National Speakers Association conference in 2016, I doubted that I would ever obtain my Certified Speaking Professional? designation. But there were a lot of people who lifted me up when I had those doubts. Earning this certification is no easy task. There are only 400 active CSPs. The process takes years. But NSA is an organization of givers. If you want your teams to succeed at hard tasks, you need to have givers, mentors and those who champion newer members. When I energize teams, we talk about the givers. Do that. Be that type of organization. Uplift your teams. And if you are a professional organization (LeadingAge, AHCA/NCAL Argentum, National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization National Association for Home Care & Hospice) uplift your members. Help them be the best professional they can be.
