I demonstrated how this tool empowers NENA providers to support clients not just in finding jobs, but in building meaningful careers. Pay attention to both Herb and Ernest’s comments below. Ernest is quite correct that joining an organization such as the USSA is a interactive way to engage with our industry, and gives a company as well as individuals within a company, the opportunity to scale their business. Herb’s comments about showing up and participating I think is exceptionally relevant. People often ask me how I found success in this industry, my response is almost always “show up, be involved, do well for others”. So as we go into our fall show season participating in boat shows and activities that typically surround these show events; show up. Give back where you can. Pay it forward. Help another individual or company scale their business. Find ways to attract the younger generation into our industry, take a chance, offer an opportunity, a job, a simple task that might be useful during the course of one of your events. Host an event. I promise that the payback will come in scale.

In collaboration with MAN in Nuremberg and CMB Tech Belgium, Windcat operates its new catamarans for transporting technicians with conventional diesel engines made in Bavaria and the additional system from CMB Tech for injecting hydrogen.
