Responsible for successfully leading teams to develop, grow, and sustain Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library (DPIL) in the U.S. and Canada. Director North America is an excellent communicator and a competent decision-maker who is recognized as an effective manager, leader, and strategist. ?????? ????????????????????????????????: ? Lead teams to develop and grow DPIL in the U.S. & Canada ? Ensure program sustainability through strategic decision making ???????????????? ??????????????: ? FT position ? On-site at the Pigeon Forge, TN headquarters – or willing to relocate - with travel throughout the U.S. and Canada ????????????????????????: ? 5+ years of senior level experience developing and managing a professional staff, budgets, and programs ? Previous experience with a non-profit organization or serving on a Board of Directors ? 5 years of management experience creating and maintaining substantial programs and budgets ? Successful relationships and experience working with local, state, or national political leaders ? Proven experience with national programs and professional organizations ? Demonstrated track record building successful partnerships across sectors ? Client-facing customer service experience and problem-solving skills ? Experience working with multicultural/multilingual communities ? Required understanding of early literacy ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Technologically and socially informed and connected, with expertise in G Suite, Microsoft Word, Video Conferencing, PowerPoint, and Excel ?? ?????? ???????? ?????????? ????????????’?? ?????????????????????? ??????????????? ?
