But seriously, how dare you. How dare you call Ma Winnie a slave and me a slave master. I’ll have you know that for decades this wonderful, strong, hardworking, free—I cannot stress the word free enough—woman has worked for me, my father and his father before him. You clearly haven’t been in the workforce long, because if you had been, you’d know that longevity of that kind is called loyalty, not slavery.

This is the textbook example of someone who is very articulate, has the perfect resume & yet - is precisely a huge part of the problem here in America in 2024. Utterly nonsense and propaganda is all that she offers. She does it intelligently, so many follow her like sheep. Here's a few ideas - 1. How about hiring some conservatives, Christians, Veterans, law enforcement, hunters & fisherman on the team there at NPR??? Your newsroom has a ratio of 87 Democrats and ZERO Republicans. When she refers to BALANCE, is this balance?? 2. Stop referring to people you don't like as racists. This woman (who is Caucasian) states openly & proudly, that she HATES ALL WHITE PEOPLE! 3. Disagreeing with someone doesn't make you right. She talks about BALANCE and PRODUCTIVE FRICTION. Don't make me laugh ?????? Your entire employed staff ARE DEMOCRATS, SAUL ALINSKY LOVERS, COMMUNISTS, ISLAMIC JIHADISTS, BLM, ANTIFA, CCP, MARXISTS, WEATHER UNDERGROUND FANS, THOUSAND CURRENTS LOVERS - ALL CRIMINALS & TRAITORS THAT HATE AMERICA. It is one of the most perilous moments in your professional life, one that can mean the difference between success and being branded. Being fair seems, in many cases, #difficult for people. Many people are #selfish and only want what is best for them. So, how can you reach an agreement of #fairness between two parties? One excellent example is in the simple cutting of a pie. The easy way to make sure both parties are #happy with the results is to have one person cut the pie and the other person gets to pick which piece they want. Simply Stated: “You cut the pie and I’ll pick the piece.” Back in the 1700’s, Noah Webster wrote a tale which was studied by nearly every American child for generations. It is a wonderful example on the matter of #fairness. Here is the tale: (I’ve taken the liberty to change a few words to make it easier to understand) A farmer came to a neighboring lawyer, expressing great concern about an accident, which he said, had just taken place. The farmer stated: “One of your oxen has been gored by a bull of mine and I would like to know how you would like me to compensate you for the damage my bull has caused.” “You are an #honest person,” replied the lawyer, “and I think it is not unreasonable for me to expect one of your oxen in return.” “That seems more than fair,” quoted the farmer. “Yes, to be sure, that seems fair.” But then the farmer stated: “I made a #mistake – it is your bull who has gored my ox.” “Indeed,” said the lawyer, “well that alters the case. I will have to enquire into this incident and if …” Fair just flew right out the window when the deed was reversed. The issue should have been resolved quickly with the lawyer stating, “Then it is I who owes you an ox.” I like to deal with fair people and if I don’t think I am being #treated #fairly, I will take my business somewhere else. One of the greatest forms of #advertising is “Word of Mouth.” One of the best ways to get people to recommend you is to be fair … treat them as you would like to be treated. What is so hard to understand about that? I think Brian Tracy said it best when he stated: “You will regret many things in life, but you will never #regret being too #kind or too #fair.” #SeekingExcellence #Leadership #Life #Friends

Hey everyone, I'm here to share a story that's been weighing heavy on my heart. It's a tale of resilience, injustice, and the power of standing up for what's right. It all started back in June when my team and I dared to ask questions, to demand transparency and fairness from our workplace. Instead of answers, we were pushed aside, treated like we didn't matter. In end of June , when my junior dared to make a move for better opportunities, I supported her wholeheartedly, even as my own heart sank. Sacrifices were made for the sake of the team, for the sake of the company's future. But the promises made, the assurances given, turned out to be nothing but empty words. My role kept changing, my responsibilities growing, all while my concerns fell on deaf ears. I come from humble beginnings, my mother my rock since I lost my father at a young age. I took this job to support her, to plan for her knee operation. But what followed was nothing short of a betrayal. Lies upon lies, promises never kept. Business meetings were a myth, planning non-existent. It was all just a show, a charade played out for years. And then in back old days when everything used to seems fine there was my manager, always pushing for personal trips, always distracting from the real work at hand. Her disregard for my personal struggles, her audacity to comment on my expenses, still haunts me. Today when I look back it feels like it all had been done to keep us unaware of real alarming situations. But I refuse to be silenced. I refuse to let their actions define me. I stand here today, speaking my truth, because I refuse to let injustice prevail. To anyone facing similar struggles, know that you are not alone. Your voice matters, your story deserves to be heard. Together, let's put Kindle to workplace injustice and demand the respect and fairness we deserve. We should speak up and pour our heart out against the power trips and injustice.
