So what our research found is that the two intersect because they sit on the the same cognitive set of skills in your brain. So if you are working on creating more cultural competence abilities, you're actually improving your creative thinking without you even knowing it. And if you are not working on being more, you know, inclusive, reaching out to people with different experiences, your creativity is taking a hit without you even being aware of it. So we are looking at the neuroscience behind it. And I work with companies and organizations with their training. But I also am a school teacher for 15 years, left the classroom before four years ago. So. But I also have a foot in K12 as well. So I see the whole pipeline from 5 year olds to 65 year olds and everyone in between. Perfect. Thank you.
