The Cleveland Orchestra's third annual Mandel Opera & Humanities Festival is adding more events: ?? April 24-May 25: Re-membering Community, free exhibition featuring Cleveland-based artists. ??May 16: Dialogue on immigration with Global Cleveland and the Cleveland Council on World Affairs. ??May 17: Special screening of “The Royal Tenenbaums” at the Cinematheque at the Cleveland Institute of Art. ?? May 18: Chucho Valdés and his Royal Quartet brings his Afro-Cuban jazz, classical, and rock fusion to Severance Music Center. ??May 20: Conversation on preserving Cambodia’s cultural heritage with the Cleveland Museum of Art. ??May 20: Sound of Ideas Community Tour’s conversation on re-entry at the Cleveland Public Library’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Branch. ??May 22: Forum on patrimony and provenance at The City Club of Cleveland.
