Really excited to be presenting my research poster at this conference on Thursday 6th June. I’ll be presenting from my Masters Dissertation research ‘Self-regulation: a potential barrier to positive health behaviour change in psoriatic arthritis’. This research looked at the role of self-regulation (the ability to develop and maintain planned behaviour and avoid risky behaviour) and its relationship to weight management, physical activity, readiness for behaviour change and disease state in psoriatic arthritis. With some novel findings I’m really looking forward to sharing these insights with the attendees at the conference.
