Chat GPT - helps you with creating and designing policies. You still have to do the work of reading through each policy to adapt it to better suit your organization's peculiarities. And note, it's only a start so tread carefully, don't make it a custom. 2. HR.MY - if your company is still unsure about investing in an HRIS, try out HR.MY. It’s a completely free HRIS tool that you can use for leave management, attendance tracking, remote or onsite, employee record keeping, expense claim, requisition, notice board, etc. 3. Click-Up - simplifies collaboration across the company, helps you track goals and the alignment of staff activities towards it. 4. MyXalary - helps with payroll processing, and does all the remittances for you. You may have to pay a little stipend for this one though. 5. Google form & Google Sheets - The holy grail. You can do a lot with the forms and sheets products by google. As simple as collecting employee data, running a survey, conducting and automating appraisals, setting up assessments for candidates when recruiting, you can run even more complex tasks and projects with just the form and sheets tools.
