While British Airways ranked #21 and was in the bottom five with legacy carriers including Delta Air Lines, United Airlines and American Airlines. Sean Doyle touts BA's push for sustainability while, in the same breath, acknowledging more needs to be done. Is that leadership? https://lnkd.in/duBKETAw It's a widely know fact that SAF costs much more than fossil fuels, so why tackle this aspect of sustainability? Why does Mr. Boyle, as CEO, not ask the question of his team "Why have we accomplished so little?" However, Emirates which uses the A380, the largest contributor to fossil fuel consumption, is still in the top five. Why is that? Customers care about excellent service and a great experience. American Airlines is currently facing a discrimination lawsuit for removing seven African-American passengers from a flight. They were the ONLY African American passengers on that flight, did not know each other or sat next to each other. It is no surprise AA ranked last on the list. https://lnkd.in/dj9M9U-U
