To get accurate FiO2 during HFOT, we need to match the flow to the patient inspiratory flow to avoid room air entrapment this will make calculation of PaO2:fIO2 and ROX index inaccurate

I recently came across an innovative patient transfer aid called Kera Sit2Sit by HT Systems. What caught my attention is that it operates without any actuators or power devices, making it a unique and practical solution for those with transferring difficulties.
