Fisk Electric Co., a subsidiary of Tutor Perini Corporation, has been awarded the first phase of a $147M electrical contract for the new Harris Health System hospital on the Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital campus in Houston. The contract was awarded by McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. ?? Project Highlights: ? Harris County’s 3rd Level I Trauma Center – The 12-story, 1.3M-square-foot hospital will house 390 private rooms, 15 operating rooms, a hybrid OR, and a rooftop helipad. ? $29M Initial Phase – Fisk Electric’s scope includes core and shell and tenant finish-out electrical and fire alarm systems. ? Timeline & Completion – Work begins Q4 2024, with full electrical completion by Q4 2028. The hospital is expected to open in late 2028. ??
