What a great idea…engage ESL students through drama! "Innovative Uses of Screenwriting in the English Language Classroom" will be presented on Friday February 21st at the Illinois TESOL-BE Convention. MA TESOL student and trained screenplay writer Grace Echols, and TESOL professor and materials developer Dr. Alan Seaman will be sharing. They will illustrate how to create scripts that model authentic conversation and engage students through drama.
