Have you found yourself having to explain your job history multiple times to recruiters or hiring managers? You're not alone. As someone who works in Talent Acquisition (having "fun discussions" with hiring managers to not reject candidates based on recent work history), I understand the frustration that comes with job searching, especially during COVID-19 and company layoffs. Many of us (myself included) have experienced gaps in our employment history, making it challenging to secure new opportunities.
But don't lose hope! Despite the current circumstances, there are countless talented individuals out there, from established to small startups, who are eager to start working ASAP. As recruiters and hiring managers, let's work together to build a more supportive and inclusive job market that creates opportunities for everyone.
We owe it to ourselves and our communities to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in our hiring practices. Let's challenge ourselves to look beyond traditional qualifications and instead focus on transferable skills, potential, and cultural fit.
Remember, we're all in this together. Let's continue to support each other during these challenging times and build a stronger, more resilient workforce. #jobsearch #COVID19 #employmentopportunities #supportingeachother

The same at the same time company has hundreds of open vacancies and posts dozens more. Which of these two observations would you trust for the prediction of the trends in #TalentMarket? ??
