We've all heard it before — even if you don't like your job, you should stick it out for at least a year. These days, however, it doesn't seem like U.S. workers are worried about explaining away blips on their resumes. Workers are leaving their roles more quickly than last year, according to a new analysis from LinkedIn's Economic Graph team. This suggests that workers are still confident in the tight labor market and expect to land jobs elsewhere, even amid economic uncertainty. Thank you to my LinkedIn News colleague George Anders for letting me guest write this edition of his newsletter! In it, I dig into which industries are seeing a rise in workers quitting in under a year: https://lnkd.in/ecVgy2ZA Check out the findings and let me know if they line up with what you would expect in the comments. #TheWorkShift #labormarket #quitting #economy

For far too long companies have treated employees like they were disposable. Tables are finally turned! This next generation will not endure the abuse that comes along with having an income. So happy to see this shift. About time they pay the price for the corporate culture so many of us have had to endure.
